KI NO BI SEI is a premium Japanese gin, a higher-strength version of the original KI NO BI, produced by The Kyoto Distillery. The name "SEI" means "refined" in Japanese, reflecting the meticulous production process and careful selection of botanicals. It's a navy strength gin, bottled at 54.5% ABV, which intensifies the flavors of the botanicals. 
While the juniper is still prominent, the higher alcohol content enhances the flavors of yuzu, ginger, and orris root, among others. It offers a smooth, complex, and balanced taste with a subtle hint of spice. 

Nose: Bright citrus (yuzu, lemon), juniper, light tea and ginger spice.
Palate: Full-bodied and creamy — a burst of juniper, coriander, citrus gelato, pepper, then green tea and wood notes.
Finish: Long, spicy, with a rounded herbal-tea bitterness.
