Dictador 12 Year Old Reserva Premium is a Colombian rum known for its rich, smooth, and complex flavor profile. It is crafted using a Solera system, combining fermentation of sugar cane honey with distillation in both copper alembic and steel continuous columns. Aged in pre-used oak barrels, it develops notes of caramel, honey, coffee, and oak, with a sweet and slightly spicy finish.

Aroma: The nose is intense, featuring notes of soft caramel, honey, lightly roasted coffee, and hints of oak. 
Taste: On the palate, it is soft and round with flavors of caramel, cocoa, and light coffee. Some reviewers also note hints of honey, toffee, and dark chocolate.
