It adopts a superior original liquor, which only contains the best liquid from the heart portion of the distillation. It is aged for a period of at least 3 years and features mellowly sweet and a refreshingly cool taste. Tasting Notes - bountiful fruit on the nose intermingled with citrus blossom, the palate is full of indulgent fruit notes with flavours of freshly cut pear, apple, and a hint of cherry bakewell.
