Once perfectly ripe, the grapes are picked, destemmed and crushed. After short maceration at low temperature, the fermentation and aging are also carried out at a low temperature to conserve the strength of the aromas.

Aroma : Rich bouquet of ripe red fruits such as cherry and plum, with notes of blackcurrant (cassis), green pepper, dry herbs, and subtle spices.
Palate : Well structured with firm yet smooth tannins, hints of licorice and spice, with a long and pleasant finish.
