Vigneti del Salento Zolla Primitivo di Manduria is a rich, full-bodied Italian red from Puglia, characterized by a deep ruby color with violet hints, intense aromas of cherry, blackberry, spice, and leather, and a velvety palate with soft tannins and a long finish, often showing notes of vanilla, cocoa, and dark fruit, making it great with red meats, pasta, and aged cheeses. 

Color: Deep ruby red with violet hues/highlights.
Aroma: Intense, complex notes of ripe red fruits (cherries, blackberries, plums), spices, vanilla, cocoa, and sometimes leather or tobacco.
Palate: Full-bodied, velvety, rich, with soft, generous tannins and a persistent, warm finish.
