Luzhou Laojiao Zisha Daqu, a selection of glutinous red sorghum produced in Luzhou, Sichuan Province, China, is rich in tannin anthocyanins. After extracting the essence of the original wine from the old cellar, after careful brewing, it is placed in a purple sand pottery bottle. Because the purple sand pottery bottle has a pore network structure of different sizes, the wine in the bottle can breathe freely and become a lively wine. It is full-bodied, has an extremely complex floral aroma and has a mellow, refreshing, rich and sweet taste.

Tasting Notes: An aroma of toasted sesame oil and fermented soy. A rich and umami body with notes of nuts, dark chocolate, and sour cherry. White pepper on the finish.
