Born Gold is an unfiltered light golden pure rice daiginjo sake, a distinctive blend aged at -10°C for one year, imparting a mature fruit-like aroma and a smooth and deep taste. After blending with other original sake, it undergoes a heating process just before shipment, sealing in its deliciousness. Unfiltered, it presents a light golden color, emitting a fresh and transparent aroma, with a refreshing and substantial taste.

Tasting Notes: This Muroka Junmai Daiginjois stored unpasturized in -10 degrees Celcius after brewing, and is pasturized only once immediately before shipping. The absense of carbon filtration (aka, Muroka) leads to a large presence of flavor and a lively aroma.
