Jacopo Poli Grappa di Bolgheri Sassicaia is an Italian grappa made from the grape skins (pomace) of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc used to produce the famous Sassicaia wine in Tuscany. It is distilled slowly and aged in oak barrels that once held Sassicaia wine, giving it a smooth, rich character with aromas of wood, vanilla, cocoa, coffee, and roasted nuts. The taste is complex, warm and elegant, perfect as a special after‑dinner drink.
