Chichibu The Peated 2022 is a complex single malt with a good balance of intense peat and fruitiness. On the nose, you’ll find aromas of light peat, campfire smoke, iodine, gentle custard, peach, apple, black tea and vanilla. The peat smoke develops on the palate with notes of iodine, lemon, bright fruits, caramel, vanilla and pepper. The finish is long with lingering bitter chocolate, peat smoke and citrus fruits.
