Glen Elgin 12 YO is a classic Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, known for its honey-sweet, malty, and fruity character, often called "fruitcake in a bottle". It presents a golden color with aromas of honey, marzipan, and malt, leading to a palate with hints of vanilla, cloves, and fruitcake. The medium-bodied whisky has a long, lingering finish with notes of dried fruit and dark chocolate, balanced by a pleasant acidity.
