In this distillation is the king of citrus, the Bali pomelo (a huge, fleshy and uniquely Balinese version of the more common pomelo) is distilled with fresh Bedugul strawberries and a supporting cast of more typical botanicals such as juniper, coriander and Angelica root. On the nose theres a mouthwatering aroma of freshly cut pomelo and grapefruit. On the palate, this gin is dry but has a wonderful round berry character, which is further complemented by the natural infusion of Rosella to give the gin its distinctive salmon-pink hue.
