König Ludwig Dunkel is a German dark lager, known for its rich, malty flavor and smooth, satisfying taste. It's characterized by notes of caramel, chocolate, and roasted malt, with a subtle hop bitterness. The beer is brewed with three different types of malt, Hallertau hops, and the Kaltenberg yeast strain, and undergoes a long maturation process.  
Appearance:
The beer is typically a copper color, crystal clear, with a creamy, fine-pored foam. 
Taste:
The taste profile includes a mix of bitter chocolate, orange, almonds, and caramel, with a pleasant, integrated bitterness. It's sparkling and full-bodied with a fine hoppy note. The aftertaste is intensive, reminiscent of chocolate, coffee, and caramel.
