Using 100% Weber blue agave, picked at their peak anywhere from 8-12 years old Aejo is aged in French Oak barrels for a minimum of 14 months. Its finish is described as spicy and well-rounded with flavors of toasted oak, vanilla, and butterscotch. This deep, luxurious tequila is ideal for sipping.

Displays aromas of butter, toffee, bourbon, and oak. The palate is full and toasty, with flavors of brown spices, anise, toffee, caramel, roasted nuts, and a hint of tropical fruit. Sweet, creamy heart of the pina, some oak and vanilla tones, some spicy fruit tones.
