APEROL

Aperol is a popular Italian bitter apéritif, created in 1919 by the Barbieri brothers in Padua, known for its vibrant orange hue, 11% alcohol content, and bittersweet taste profile. It is made from a secret, unchanged recipe featuring bitter orange, gentian root, rhubarb, and various herbs. It is famously used in the Aperol Spritz.
